Product returns and exchanges, conditions for contract and business customers

The return and exchange conditions of contract and business customers are defined in the cooperation agreement. Please check the conditions with your contact person. If  your product has a separately agreed exchange/return right in the contract, send it at your own expense according to the instructions. 

If the product you ordered is defective or we have sent you a wrong product, return the product free of charge according to the return instructions.

This is how you return or exchange a product you have purchased from the online store

The customer of the Imagewear.fi online store has right to return or exchange the product within 14 days form the day of order at any post office or Image Wear Workwear store. Fill out the return form included with your order and enclose it with your goods.

Image Wear offers free exchanges on customers of the Imagewear.fi online store. The right of return or exchange applies to salable products, i.e. unused and intact products from which the product tags have not been removed. The right of return applies to products returned to a post office or Image Workwear store within 14 days form the day of order.

Return/exchange instructions are included with the order. You can print the return instructions here. 

Complaints:

If you have received a wrong product, the item is damaged, etc., you must notify Image Wear oy within 14 days of the day of order by email to verkkokauppa@imagewear.fi or you must fill out the return form and send the product to Image Wear Oy with free return. You can also drop the form and the item directly to the store.
